Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mazars, Mazars House, Gelderd Road, Gildersome, Leeds LS27 7JN, on 15 April 2003, at 10.00 am precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding- up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and to approve the Liquidator’s release. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a Member. P Charlton, Liquidator 5 March 2003.
