LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 January 2003 MWB (Leisure II LP Shareholder) Limited transferred to Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited all of the interest held by it in The MWB Leisure Fund II (Pool B) (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 5856 and that with effect from 24 January 2003 MWB (Leisure II LP Shareholder) Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
