LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 January 2003, MWB (Leisure II LP Carried Interest) Limited transferred to Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited all of the Pool A Carried Interest held by it in The MWB Leisure Fund II (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP 5856 and that with effect from 24 January 2003 MWB (Leisure II LP Carried Interest) Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
