LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 January 2003, MWB (Tower Park) Limited transferred to Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited all of the interest held by it in MWB Leisure Fund (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP 5172 and that with effect from 24 January 2003 MWB (Tower Park) Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and Capital & Regional (Leisure LP) Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
