Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on 28 March 2003, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving a Final account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the winding-up.
