(formerly Software Results Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, on 11 April 2003, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the Meetings an account of the winding-up, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Begbies Traynor, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, no later than 12.00 noon on 10 April 2003.
