(previously t/a O Fado) Final Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s final report to Creditors, his account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. The Meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 7 April 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively.
