HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 116

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR DIVERSION OF HIGHWAY

Pursuant to section 116(6) of the Highways Act 1980 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 to the said Act, Ceredigion County Council hereby give notice that they propose to apply to the Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court sitting at Swyddfa’r Sir, Marine Terrace, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, on 8 April 2003, at 1.45 pm, for an order under section 116 of that Act to divert a length of highway namely the Road Used As A Public Path 21/88 situated at Llethr Melyn in Trawscoed on the ground that the said highway can be diverted so as to make it nearer or more commodious to the public. A map showing the effect of the Order applied for may be inspected at Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa, Aberaeron between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm and between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm and between 2.00 pm and 4.30 pm on Friday.
