At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 12 Hargate Road, Brizlincote Valley, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire DE15 9GH, on 26 February 2003, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Brian Andrew Scott of Johnson Tidsall, 81 Burton Road, Derby DE1 1TJ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” C R Martin, Chairman
