Notice is hereby given, that on 5 February 2003, Art Work Investments Limited transferred to B & S Investments 2 Limited all of the interest held by it in Italian Private Equity Fund IV L.P. (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP8513 and that with effect from 5 February 2003, Art Work Investment Limited retired from the Partnership and B & S Investments 2 Limited became the General Partner in the Partnership.
