Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of Balmforth RFL Limited will be held at will be held at Kroll, 5th Floor, Airedale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP on 10 March 2003, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.15 am on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings will be held at Kroll, 5th Floor, Airdale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. A form of proxy to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at 5th Floor, Airedale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP, no later than 12.00 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meeting.
