Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, on 14 March 2003, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator as to the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
