STOPPING-UP OF AN AREA OF HIGHWAY LAND ADJACENT TO 9 AND 10 PENDENNIS CLOSE, HARTLEY VALE, PLYMOUTH

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (City of Plymouth) (No SW3) Order 2003”, authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway land adjacent to 9 and 10 Pendennis Close, Hartley Vale, Plymouth, to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission referred to in that Schedule.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the South West, Planning & Transport Decisions Team, 1st Floor, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (quoting Ref SW/THM/8247/143) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Plymouth City Council, Civic Offices, Armada Way, Plymouth.
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of 31 January 2003, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.

Erection of a detached dwelling on land adjacent to 9 and 10 Pendennis Close, Hartley Vale, Plymouth, in accordance with outline planning permission granted to Evans Johnson Associates (now Acorn Land and New Homes Ltd) by Plymouth City Council on 7 September 2002, under Ref 00/00800.
