Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Deloitte Touche, 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham NG1 3FG, on Wednesday 26 February 2003, at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. And notice is hereby given pursuant to the same section that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Deloitte Touche, 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham NG1 3FG, on Wednesday 26 February 2003, at 10.30 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote for him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A proxy form is available which, if to be used, must be lodged with me at 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FG, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
