ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT:

DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A(3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to improve the M11 Junction 4 northbound slip roads merge which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
