Notice is hereby given that Derek Alan Higgs has, with effect from 31 December 2002, withdrawn as a Limited Partner of LaSalle Investment Limited Partnership I, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP7298 (the “Partnership”), and assigned the whole of his interest in the Partnership, together with all rights and obligations attaching thereto, to Thomas C. Theobald, who has been admitted as a Limited Partner in the Partnership as of that date.
