NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Solicitor for the affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Charterheath Securities Limited (No 1407593) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on 6 April 1993, pursuant to section 652 Companies Act 1985 hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in that part of the freehold property registered at Birkenhead (Old Market) District Land Registry under Title No MS 189192 and situated at 88 Tithebarn Road, Southport, Sefton, Merseyside as is shown coloured red on the plan the vesting of the premises having come to her notice on 4 July 2002. For the avoidance of doubt the part to be disclaimed excludes 86 Tithebarn Road. Assistance Treasury Solicitor 10 December 2002.
