A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s final report to the Company’s Members, and his account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. The Meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 10 February 2003, at 10.15 am.
