Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators of the above Company intend to make a distribution to the Creditors. Creditors who wish to participate in the distribution must submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to Thompson Shaw Associates, the Liquidators, at 100 Wakefield Road, Lepton, Huddersfield HD8 0DL, on or before 10 February 2003. A Creditor who has not submitted a claim by 10 February 2003 is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the intended distribution or any further distribution which may be made before his claim is submitted.
