Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 28 October 2002, Barclays Bank PLC transferred to Barclays Capital Principal Investments Limited all of the interest held by it in PAI Europe III—B-2 (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP007554 and that, with effect from 28 October 2002, Barclays Bank PLC ceased to be a Limited Partner and Barclays Capital Principal Investments Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
