In the Taunton County Court.  No 22 of 2002 In the Matter of DRAYTON ARMS (hereinafter referred to as “the Partnership”) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of Church Street, Drayton, Langport, Somerset TA10 0JY, presented on 17 September 2002 by Woodward Food Service Ltd, Parkway, Deeside Industrial Estate, Deeside, Flintshire CH5 2NS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Taunton County Court on 2 January 2003, at 2.30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
