NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above-mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Eastcott and Central Credit Union Limited (Register No 164 C) the registered office of which is at 49 Plymouth Street, Swindon, Wiltshire SN1 2LB at its request. The Credit Union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
