Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at 13 Ford End, Denham Village, Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 5AL, on 31 December 2002, at 11.15 am for the following purposes: to have laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend in his place and, on a poll, vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
