Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW on 3 January 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meetings of Members or Creditors may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. Such a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
