Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, fixing the Liquidator’s remuneration and determining whether he should have his release under section 174 of the Act. The Meeting will be held at the offices of E. F. Cookey-Gam & Co., 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, on 27 December 2002, at 10.30 am.
