Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on 30 December 2002, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the respective Meetings may appoint another person to vote in his or her place.
