In accordance with Rule 6.124 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 I, Ian Cadlock of Tenon Recovery, 39-40 Old Steine, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1NH, give notice that I was appointed Trustee of the above on 24 October 2002. It is not my intention to summon a general Meeting of debtor’s Creditors for the purposes of establishing a Creditors’ Committee but such a Meeting will be convened if I am requested to do so by not less than one quarter, in value, of the Creditors.
