Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
WALKERS OF MANCHESTER LIMITED PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees
of the Walkers of Manchester Limited Pensions & Life Assurance Scheme have started
winding-up the said Scheme.
Any former employees of Walkers of Manchester Limited (formerly known as Walkers
(Showcards) Limited) who believe that they were, are or should have been Members of
the Scheme and who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or have not received
announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write to the Trustees
c/o Roger Walker, Walkers of Manchester Limited, Crabtree Lane, Clayton M11 4GU, before
24 December 2002, to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme.
In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in
the Scheme, they are requested to write to the Trustees c/o Roger Walker at the above
address setting out particulars of such claim in writing before the date shown above.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance
Number and the period during which they worked for Walkers of Manchester Limited and
any documents supporting their claim.
After the date shown above the Trustees will distribute the Assets of the Scheme
among the persons entitled thereto, having regard for only the claims and interests
of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed,
be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
