Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of The Richmond Partnership, 82-86 Sheen Road, Richmond, Surrey TW9 1UF, on 11 December 2002, at 2.30 pm for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and agreeing that the Liquidator be authorised to draw remuneration based on time costs. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
