(t/a Wingham Business Centre) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, convened and held at The Bull Yard, High Street, Ashford, Kent TN24 8SN, on 3 October 2002, at 11.00 am, the following Extraordinary Resolution and the Ordinary Resolution were passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Barry P Knights, of Knights & Company, The Bull Yard, High Street, Ashford, Kent TN24 8SN, is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” J C Tipping, Chairman
