THE A503 GLA ROAD (LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY) (RED ROUTE) TRAFFIC ORDER 2002

1. Transport for London gives notice that on 21 August 2002, it made this Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 30 August 2002. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order is to prohibit any vehicle not specified in the exemptions from stopping on the A503 GLA Road in the London Borough of Haringey during restricted hours. 3. The road affected by the Order is the A503 GLA Road in the London Borough of Haringey. 4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, Street Management Traffic Orders, Statutory Functions, 25 Eccleston Place, London SW1W 9NF; and London Borough of Haringey, Parking Department, Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, London N8 9JJ. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers or that any of the relevant requirements have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
