NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER’S LICENCE UNDER SECTION 6(1)(D) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 (AS AMENDED) AND FOR A GAS SUPPLIER’S LICENCE UNDER SECTION 7A(1) OF THE GAS ACT 1986

Affinity Power Limited whose registered office is situated at 55 Butlers & Colonial Wharf, Shad Thames, London SE1 2PY, hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority whose principal office is situated at 9 Millbank, London SW1P 3GE, for an electricity supplier’s licence under section 6(1)(d) of the Electricity Act 1989 (as amended) authorising it to supply electricity to any domestic and non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain, and for a gas supplier’s licence under section 7A(1) of the Gas Act 1986, authorising it to supply gas to any domestic and non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
