NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONSTITUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the partnership formerly subsisting between the partners listed below, carrying on business under the name of Chantrey Vellacott, has been determined, so far as concerns Peter James Hughes-Holland, as from 9 August 2002 by the retirement of Peter James Hughes-Holland and that all debts incurred by and to the partnership after that date will be received and paid by the continuing partners (as listed below) who will continue to carry on the business under the same name with effect from 10 August 2002.
