Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Wilder Coe, Southgate House, St George’s Way, Stevenage SG1 1HG, on 12 September 2002, at 12.00 noon, to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 12.30 pm, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of how the winding-up has been conducted and approving the following Resolutions, that the Company’s books of account, papers and documents be destroyed twelve months after the dissolution of the Company, that the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that the conduct of the winding-up as represented by the Liquidator’s Receipts and Payments be approved. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
