Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Hurst Morrison Thomson, 5 Fairmile, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2JR, on 15 August 2002, at 2.00 pm, to receive the report of the Liquidator as to his administration of the estate and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release from office pursuant to section 173 of the said Act.
