Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 May 2001 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 2 July 2002, James Martin David Wakeling, of 14 Wrexhill Road, Yeovil, Somerset, single and a British citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Wakeling and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Mangham instead of the surname of Wakeling so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of JAMES MARTIN DAVID MANGHAM exclusively.
