NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of Limerick Association (Halifax) Credit Union Limited (Reg No 241 C), the registered office of which is at St Mary’s Community Centre, Clarence Street, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5DH, at its request. The Credit Union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Credit Union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
