Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE GABRIEL COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEMES
(formerly known as the Universe Pension Plan)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Gabriel
Communications Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (formerly known as the Universe
Pension Plan) (the “Scheme”) are required to send particulars in writing of such a
claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme c/o David Bould, 1st Floor, St James’s
Buildings, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6FP, on or before 23 August 2002, after which
date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons
entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
The Trustees shall not be liable to any person or persons of whose claims or demands
they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Scheme or any part of them
so distributed.
Notification is not required from any persons who are currently in receipt of a pension
from the Scheme, or any persons who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme
from the Trustees.
