Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of RSM Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, on Thursday 11 July 2002, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations which may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to RSM Robson Rhodes, Colwyn Chambers, 19 York Street, Manchester M2 3BA, by no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 10 July 2002.
