At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Vicarage, Fressingfield, Eye, Suffolk IP21 5PE, on 24 May 2002, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P S Dunn and S R Thomas of Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London W1U 6RD, and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up the Company.” J E Castro, Chairman
