THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 200
LISSON GROVE
1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned
Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Parking Places Order would be to:
(a) extend and divide into two a residents’ parking place on the south-west side
of Lisson Grove to provide a cross-over for No 127 Lisson Grove;
(b) provide that in respect of the residents’ parking places, that the classes of
vehicles for which they would be available, the hours during which they would operate
and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking places would
remain unchanged.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be to further
amend the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No 1) Order 2002,
so that in the length of street specified in the Schedule to this notice, the hours
during which the existing prohibition applies on:
(a) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting
goods or loading or unloading a vehicle) would be changed so that it would apply at
any time;
(b) waiting by vehicles for more than 20 minutes in the same place for the purpose
of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle would be changed
so that it would apply between 11.00 am and 6.30 pm throughout the week.
4. The Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders
are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive
at Parkman Ltd., Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until
6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council
decides not to make the Orders.

6. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should
be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Parkman Ltd., Mountbarrow House, 6-20
Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, quoting Ref 22453/WES1504/ORD/2707/JP, until the
expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

Schedule
Lisson Grove, the south-west side, between the common boundary of Nos 123 and 127 Lisson Grove
and the common boundary of Nos 127 and 129 Lisson Grove.
