A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before them a summary of his final receipts and payments account and also to consider whether he should have his release as Liquidator pursuant to section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
