Notice of Dividends

THE ASSOCIATION OF H.E.A.T. CONTRACTORS

In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Liquidation. All Creditors who have not yet proved their debt should do so before 31 May 2002. It is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Failure to prove your debt will exclude you from this dividend.
