No 2459 of 2002 In the Matter of RGC MARKETING and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up RGC Marketing, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 46 Ambleside Road, Aspley, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire NG8 5QW, presented on 9 April 2002 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Chesterfield VAT Office, c/o LRU—Civil Recovery Unit, HMCE Liverpool, 3rd Floor, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 15 May 2002, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 14 May 2002.
