At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Ocean Buildings, Bute Crescent, Cardiff CF10 5RT, on 27 March 2002, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Goldie Ellis, of Deloitte & Touche, Blenheim House, Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0TS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” L Dovey, Chairman
