NOTICE TO INVESTORS IN SCHEMES PROMOTED BY THE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given that any investor in investment schemes promoted by Berkeley Applegate (Investment Consultants) Limited (in Liquidation), (previously trading from Norfolk House, The Terrace, Torquay, Devon), which was placed in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 15 January 1987, should now make a claim to the Liquidator as outlined below: 1. All capital sums have been distributed to investors. The purpose of this notice is to enable the Liquidator to distribute small sums of interest accrued, less a deduction for costs. 2. The Liquidator is making an application to the Court to seek approval for the costs now to be deducted, and investors will be given details of those costs prior to the Court hearing. 3. Claims may be made by writing to the Liquidator at the address shown below, providing details of the Scheme in which the investment was made, and the amount invested. 4. Investors who have received correspondence during 2002 from the Liquidator do not need to respond to this notice, as their interests, if any, in the funds held will be distributed to them.
