Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Rendell Thompson, 125 Portway, Wells, Somerset, on Tuesday 23 April 2002, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively. The Meetings are called for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
