A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also approval of the disposal of the Company’s books and records 12 months after the date of the Meeting. The Meeting will be held at 47 Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QN, on Tuesday 2 April 2002, at 11.00 am. Proxy forms must be returned to me not later than 12.00 noon, on Monday 1 April 2002, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting. Liquidator 1 March 2002.
