Lease: A lease dated 1 August 2000 and made between Property Merchant Securities Limited (1) and Brooklinks Limited (2) and Dolmen Securities Limited (3). Property: The property situated at 2nd Floor, 135-141 Cannon Street, London EC4 being the land demised by the above-mentioned lease. Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DXZ 12340 St James’s Park). In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 19 February 2002.
