Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, with effect from 28 February 2002, Industri Kapital Limited, the General Partner in Industri Kapital 2000 Limited Partnership XIII (a limited partnership registered in England with No LP 7215) has retired as General Partner of the Partnership and that as of the same date Industri Kapital 2000 Limited has been appointed as General Partner of the Partnership.
